Remember Logon doesn't Remember 

Randy rose the question about the Remember Logon function on the site not remembering.  I have noticed this as well and have been trying find a reason.  I need some help on this.

We are running DotNetNuke 4.5.3.

I have read a few forum post on the http://DotNetNuke.com site; Thread 1

I have set my IE7 cookie settings accroding to the instructions here.

Any ideas?
