Follow these simple steps to receive emails when new threads are created in the forums.

1. Logon
2. Click the Forums link
3. Click the My Settings icon at the top of the forums.  (Third icon from the left)
4. Expand the Tracking / Subscriptions section
5. Select which forums you want monitor
6. Click Update at the bottome of the screen to save your settings.

Now any time someone creates a new forum thread in a forum you are monitoring you will receive an email.
