Systems Administrator
Entry level position involves support, installation, and maintenance of network, PC's, servers, and software in a mid-sized manufacturing environment. Systems are based on Microsoft technology. Position also allows the opportunity for growth as a programmer/analyst. Ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a desire to learn new skills. Candidate must be able to work in a dynamic, team environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Support of network equipment, PC's, servers, and software.
• Migration of legacy systems to newer technology environment.
Position requirements:
• A four-year degree is preferred. Extensive experience as a substitute for a degree will be considered.
• Experience with:
o Microsoft network, systems, and PC technology. Installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Experience preferred, but not required:
o Microsoft SQL Server, ERP systems, manufacturing, and distribution systems
o Visual Basic programming language
